It’s a long time since my last blog post. I had a busy few weeks including a one-week long trip to Finland. Since I don’t have any recent pictures, I am uploading some from Autumn 2018.
I spent a few days in a garden in central Tokyo with hope to capture some birds together with Autumn foliage or berries. There were two female durian redstarts in the small garden. They both seemed very keen in Japanese beautyberry, a plant in the mint family with small lilac colored berries. The Autumn foliage were at their best and offered some great backdrop for the two birds.
最近忙しくて、母国のフィンランドにも行ってきまして、ブログの更新は久しぶりです。新しい写真はないため、去年の秋の写真の中から気に入りの写真を何枚かをアップします。
紅葉の時期、都内のある庭園で野鳥を何日かに渡って撮っていました。ジョウビタキのメスは２羽いました。２羽ともムラサキシキブの実を良く食べにきました。紅葉も綺麗だったため、シャッターチャンスは多かったです。
